PORTISHEAD’S Christmas lights committee is urging a final push for its textile recycling campaign.
Members of the group will collect any old clothes from people’s homes or businesses in Portishead. The textiles are weighed by a recycling company which will then make a donation to the 2013 festive illuminations. The items are then distributed to developing countries.
