JONAH and the Whale provided the theme for a colourful Easter show at Trinity Primary School in Portishead.
Pupils presented the musical which was a lively modern adaption of Jonah, with a few scurvy pirates invading the mix of sea-themed songs.
Confident and humorous actors told the story and the supporting cast danced and sang to create vibrant scenes throughout.
Class teacher, Melissa Street, said: “The school hall was filled with smiles all around, from proud parents and grandparents to the beaming smiles of our children on stage.”
