SNAKES and ladders, twister and giant footprints are proving popular with youngsters at High Down Infants School and nursery.
The children were thrilled when they arrived at school to find the new playground markings had been painted, which allow them to enjoy the games during break times.
The colourful illustrations and patterns, which also include running and car tracks, were the result of months of fundraising by the school PTA.
The nursery currently has spaces available for children born between September 2007 and August 2008. Enquiries can be directed to the school office on 01275 843969.
