A friendship is tested to the limit in The Odd Couple

A female version of The Odd Couple will take to the stage in Backwell next month.
The play, written by Neil Simon, is being performed by Backwell Playhouse Theatre Company.
Olive Madison and her group of girlfriends are enjoying their weekly Trivial Pursuit night when Florence Unger arrives and announces she has been dumped by her husband.
Fearing the neurotic Florence might attempt suicide, Olive invites her to move in as her roommate.
However, Olive and Florence have very different personalities – Olive is messy and untidy, while Florence is obsessively clean.
Olive's easy-going outlook soon clashes with Florence's highly-strung neurotic tendencies, testing their friendship to the limit.
Neil Simon's hilarious comedy is showing at Backwell Playhouse, in Mariner's Drive, from May 23-25.
Tickets, priced £12, are available from 01179 63 3586 or at www.BackwellPlayhouse.co.uk
