TALENTED dancers will take to the stage to show off some of ballet’s most iconic moments in a performance at The Playhouse theatre in Weston next month.

Vienna Festival Ballet is celebrating a big birthday and its 35th Anniversary Gala is heading to Weston.

Founded in 1980 by Austrian dancer and artistic director, Peter Mallek, Vienna Festival Ballet uses talented international dancers, giving a vitality, energy and freshness to every performance. It aims to bring classical ballet to the public at affordable prices.

The group’s latest show will include renditions of some of ballet’s most memorable scenes, including when the swan queen meets her prince in Swan Lake, the Dance Of The Cygnets, sections from The Nutcracker and the famous routine from Sleeping Beauty where princess Aurora meets her four princes.

The performance will take any lover of dance on a magical journey with some of the most talented dancers performing on the stage.

The show will be at The Playhouse in High Street on March 12 from 7.30pm.
