THE YOUNG at heart will be flocking to the cinema this week to see the latest animation, Tangled (PG), which is showing at Curzon Community Cinema in Clevedon.

The film provides an interesting take on the much-loved fairytale Rapunzel, which will leave audiences chuckling in their seats.

When the kingdom’s most wanted, and charming, bandit Flynn Rider hides out in a mysterious tower, he’s taken hostage by Rapunzel, a feisty teenager with 70 feet of magical, golden hair.

Looking for an escape from the tower she’s been locked up in for years, Rapunzel strikes a deal with the thief and the duo sets off on an action-packed escapade complete with a police horse, an over-protective chameleon and a gruff gang of pub thugs.

Tangled runs from Friday until February 26. For full viewing times visit www.curzon.org.uk or call 01275 871000.
