VOCAL harmony group The Overtones will perform music from their new album when they appear in Bristol in March.

The band’s third album Saturday Night At The Movies will be released next month, and is a celebration of the most loved songs in cinematic history.

Highlights include a fresh reworking of Oh, Pretty Woman and an energetic take on Do You Love Me.

Group member Lachie Chapman said: “Touring is our favourite part of the year and we’re really excited to be hitting the road and coming to a venue near you.

“You’ll know by now that by the end of one of our shows we make sure everyone is up dancing and the Saturday Night At The Movies tour will do exactly that.”

The Overtones peaked at number four in the UK album charts with their debut album Good Ol’ Fashioned Love and have since performed at the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Concert.

The Overtones will play at Bristol’s Colston Hall on March 11.

Tickets, priced £21.50-38.50, are available from the box office on 08448 871500 or online at www.colstonhall.org
