Folk duo Edgelarks will perform a date on their UK tour in Bristol next month.

The award-winning pair will release their album on Friday and have been at festival line-ups alongside Kylie Minogue and Manic Street Preachers.

Feather, influenced by British folk roots and the theme of hope, will hit
the shelves on Friday evening.

Edgelarks members Phillip Henry and Hannah Martin began their musical journey together while they lived in a small caravan on the hills near Exmouth in Devon.

The pair won an accolade for Best Duo at the 2014 BBC Radio Two Folk Awards, which they were nominated for in 2016.

They are known for their songs such as Mynd, Live in Calstock, and Watershed.

Edgelarks will perform at Bristol's Ear Trumpet Folk Club at The Wardrobe Theatre, in West Street, on June 4 at 8pm.

Tickets, priced £15, are available from www.thewardrobetheatre.com or call 01172 034040.
