A BAND that prides itself on its musical mayhem will celebrate its 25th anniversary with a concert at Backwell School.

On December 11, Doreen Doreen are sure to get everyone in the party mood when they take to the stage at the school in Station Road.

Now boasting 10 members, the band played its first gig in Bristol in 1985 and from then Doreen Doreen have been performing to give their audiences the best night and let them have the most fun.

The band members try not to fit to any musical genre, playing what they like in a style that suits them, never true to the original and making every effort to ensure their version is as anarchic as possible.

For tickets and more details about the forthcoming concert call Kirstie on 07967 550392 or visit Backwell Post Office.
