An English stand-up star will be bringing his humour to the West Country for a two-night stint this autumn.

Comedian Stewart Lee has enjoyed a long and successful career in comedy, always finding humour in current affairs which is known to push the boundaries.

He is also known for having a strange rapport with his audiences, often mocking fans for comic effect.

Lee has been a stalwart of terrestrial television for nearly a decade; with his BBC stand-up and sketch show Stewart Lee’s Comedy Vehicle continuing to entertain having completed its fourth series last year.

Lee is not afraid to comment on issues like politics and religion, meaning comedy fans with a darker sense of humour are in for a treat.

He will appear at the Colston Hall in bristol on October 8-9 at 7.30pm.
