WE’VE teamed up with The Curzon this week to give you the chance to win a pair of tickets to see a screening of Suite Francaise (15).

Suite Francaise is an epic story of a dangerous love under extraordinary circumstances based on the books by Irene Nemirovsky, starring Margot Robbie, Ruth Wilson and Michelle Williams.

It takes place during the early years of the German occupation of France in World War Two, when a romance blossoms between Lucile Angellier, a French villager, and Bruno von Falk, a German soldier.

The film gets its first screening on Friday at 7.30pm before being shown throughout the week at various times.

Also showing this week is Dreamworks’ Home (U), a film featuring the vocal talents of Rihanna and Jennifer Lopez that follows the journey of Oh, a loveable alien who comes to Earth while on the run from his own people.

This week’s Curzon Special comes in the form of The Duke of Burgundy (18).

This film sees Cynthia (Sidse Babett Knudsen) and Evelyn (Chiara D’Anna) acting out a provocative ritual which ends with Evelyn’s punishment and pleasure. However, as Cynthia longs for a more conventional relationship Evelyn’s obsession with erotica becomes an addiction that may push the pair to breaking point.

Kingsman: The Secret Service (15) will receive its final showing on Saturday at 4.30pm. Based on the acclaimed comic book, the film tells the story of a secret spy organization that recruits a promising street kid into the company’s training programme.

To book tickets and to view listings for all of these films visit www.thecurzon.org.uk or call 01275 871000.
