A former World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) title holder will feature on a jam-packed night of action in the squared circle this month, and the Times has VIP passes up for grabs.

Saturday Night Slam will be held at Weston’s Hutton Moor Leisure Centre, in Hutton Moor Road, on February 24 at 6pm, promising a night of high-octane action.

Former WWE performer Montel Vontavious Porter, better known as MVP, will be on hand to lay the smack down in the ring.

MVP appeared on the 25th anniversary edition of WWE Monday Night Raw in January, and during his time with the organisation he enjoyed slober-knocking clashes with the likes of John Cena and Triple H on his way to performing at Wrestlemania – the holy grail of the sport.

The highlights of his career include a fiery feud with wrestling legend Kane, a stint as United States champion, and he later won a tag-team title with Matt Hardy.

Also featuring on the card is Somerset starlet Oliver Satchwell and the mammoth Odyssey.

Combat Sports Federation is the team behind the event, having hosted a long list of wrestling stars for almost two decades, and this promises to be another night of no-holds-barred action.

Tickets, priced £10, are available from 01934 425900 or online via www.csfshop.co.uk

The Times has teamed up with CSF to offer one lucky reader the chance to win a VIP pass to see Saturday Night Slam at Hutton Moor on February 24.
