Singer, songwriter and producer James Blake is set to bring his tour to audiences at a venue in Bristol this spring.

James Blake released his fourth album, Assume Form, last Friday and he is also touring at venues in New York, Los Angeles and London.

His album is about his life experiences and it has references to his mental health, modern-day masculinity and finding peace throughout it.

The singer won the Mercury Prize for best album in 2013 and he has also been nominated for BRIT and Grammy awards.

He has worked alongside Kendrick Lamar, Beyoncé, Jay Z and Frank Ocean and has collaborated on arts projects with Quentin Blake and Natalie Portman.

James will be performing at the 02 Academy, in Frogmore Street, from April 9-10 at 7pm.
