Yatton Bowling Club have made preparations for their new season by inviting people to their Open Day next month.
In conjunction with Bowls England, the club will be holding an Open Day on Sunday May 29 between 10am and 4pm.
The club will provide free tea and coffee as well as cakes and the bar will also be open.
Yatton BC has some exciting events coming up and is giving the opportunity for people to come and try bowls in a fun and relaxing way.
Friday Fun Nights will be held, between 6.30pm-7.30pm, for four weeks on June 10, 17, 24 and July 1 for family, friends and individuals who just want to give bowls a try.
Members of the club will be available in the bar to have a chat to about bowling and what the the club has to offer.
All events will include the free loan of equipment, while visitors only need a sense of humour, enthusiasm and a pair of flat-soled shoes.
