Taylor-Green came home in 35.58 and was also first in the half marathon event in the Great Park a day later in 1:16.52.

Three members took on the Forest of Dean autumn half marathon on a beautiful but hilly and muddy course.

Joanne Gallagher was second female to finish and first in the F35 age group in 1:28.30, ahead of Helen Wood (1:45.43) and Eloise Hallow (1:49.37).

Meanwhile, Matthew Evans finished third on a slippery Portishead Coastal Path 10k route in 40.47, as new member Robert Giles ran in a club vest for the first time and came home in 55.10.

If you would like to join in at Clevedon AC, go along to a training session on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, leaving from Strode Leisure Centre at 7pm.
