Two teams share the lead in the Wrington Vale Snooker League.

FRAMES A and Rovers are joint leaders of the Wrington Vale Snooker League after two matches following victories over Congresbury and Clevedon Conservatives A. The Backwell derby ended in a 4-2 win for the A team.

The Conservatives’ B team and improving Peelers fought out a good natured draw with Peelers’ Lee Kerslake winning the opener against Mark Litson 48-30.

The following frame between Bob Selby and Dennis Mansfield, with Mansfield winning to put Peelers two up.

Litson took the third frame against Steve Rees and Selby levelled the match with a good win over Kerslake. Simon Cambridge put the home side in front by demolishing Mansfield, but then fell to Rees, who excelled in a 58-30 win to secure the draw.
