Triangle and Conservatives to meet in the final

AFTER five matches played, Glyn Ager’s Triangle C will Play Mark Adam’s Conservative B in next month’s handicap Knockout Cup final at a venue to be decided.

AFTER five matches played, Glyn Ager’s Triangle C will play Mark Adam’s Conservative B in next month’s handicap Knockout Cup final at a venue to be decided.

Triangle C were just too strong at home to Cons A with a 5-0 win. Cons B did enough to claim second spot with a 3-2 victory over Port W’Mans A.

Both Mizzymead and Port W’Mans mathematically had a chance of piping Cons B to second spot prior to this match, but cancelled each other out with Mizzy-mead narrowly beating Port W’Mans 3-2 with the pairs match been decided on the black between Mark Walsh/Mark Pemble (Mizzy) verses Des Gilbert/Tony Eastham of Workman’s.
