Tough flight for Wraxall birds

Wraxall Village Club birds endured a tough flight from Littlehampton.

Wraxall Village Club birds were released from Littlehampton into a strong north-west wind and endured a hard flight.

Abbots Leigh partners, Richard and Emma Whiteside, had their birds in top form with four birds dropping together to take the leading positions after 149 minutes and 104-miles on the wing.

Ten members sent 121 birds: R & E Whiteside 1225.4 yards per minute; 1225.1; 1216; 1210; G Summers 1204; R & E Whiteside 1203.
