A mini Olympics was held at Portishead Open Air Pool on Thursday.
Five primary schools from the town competed head-to-head in the fun sporting occasion.
The swimming gala was started in 2012 to coincide with the London Olympics and has now become an annual event.
More than 270 pupils from High Down, St Joseph’s, St Peter’s, Trinity and Portishead primary schools competed across 104 races.
The fastest four swimmers from each heat progressed to the individual finals, while the gala was rounded off by a relay race.
High Down Junior School accumulated the most points to take the overall title this year.
Organiser and volunteer Chrissie Manners said: “The high standard every year continues to amaze us and the inclusive and positive competition between the schools and children is a pleasure to witness.”
