Clevedon athletes run well at Prom Run

Clevedon Athletic Club member Luke Murray finished second at the October Weston Prom Run.

Congratulations go to Luke Murray, second place in 27.17 with Jed Bartlett following close behind in 27.56.
Laura Meech was third lady in 31.42 and Joanne Gallagher picked up the prize for first female V40, 32.49. Pete Wheddon put in a great time of 31.30, taking first place in the male V60 category.

Francesca Rawlings had great success at the challenging Shepton Mallet 10k. The hilly course takes runners past the historic prison, weaving through the town before escaping onto scenic country lanes.
Fran put in a strong performance and was through the finish in 42.44 as first lady and also age group winner.
