Yatton under-15s enjoyed a successful end of season tour

Yatton under-15s enjoyed their most successful tour yet on their sixth annual end of season trip.

St Andrews RFC, near Rugby, were excellent hosts and the two sides produced a great battle.

Yatton were on the back foot for large periods and fell behind, before a forward drive set up a chance for Connor Kane to crash over.

The hosts regained their lead, but Kane touched down for a second time and added the conversion to secure a 12-12 draw.

The next game against Kings Norton was only five minutes old when Fin Skuse powered over.

Ben Clarke followed soon after, with Josh Moss and Ben Dooner also scoring to make it 20-0 at half time.

The home side hit back after the restart as Yatton lost their way, but Clarke grabbed a second and Adam Foley finished off a good team move.

Clarke completed his hat-trick as Kane scored twice more in a 40-17 win.
