North Somerset Badgers got the better of under-15 rivals Westbury United Banks at the weekend.

Josh Ainsworth opened the scoring in the first half and the defence and goalkeeper held firm with support from midfield.

And despite falling behind with only five minutes to go, North Somerset come roaring back with late goals from Lewis Whereat-Payne and Callum Black to clinch the win.

North Somerset B beat Westbury United Banks F 4-3 for their first league win of the season.

Veteran Neil Edwards broke the deadlock and Neil Edwards netted the second, after Westbury had levelled from a good break.

North were pegged back again but Andy Turnbull finished off a passing move from a short corner.

Nick Round saved a penalty flick in the second half and Phil Toomey deflected in a cross from Colin Ainsworth to make it 4-2, before a late Westbury goal in reply.
