Tall Pines Golf Club ladies’ section is holding an open day, with proceeds going to support the Springboard Opportunity Group.

The ladies’ section of Tall Pines Golf Club is organising an open day tomorrow (Thursday).

This will be a family fun day with free entry. While it will golf orientated, there will be plenty of activities on offer for young and old alike, with competitions and prizes galore.

The ladies are supporting Springboard Opportunity Group as their charity this year and all proceeds from the day will go to boost their cause.

Springboard is a local pre-school playgroup that has supported young children with special and complex needs for more than 30 years.

Ladies’ captain Carole Nowers has personal and family links with the charity as they supported her son David in his early years.
