The visitors struck first on a blustery day, as Fern, Nya and Xara worked hard in defence, and doubled their lead from a corner.

Poppy, Ava and Libby began to push forward and chances fell to Ella and Jas, with two taken in quick succession to level it up.

Evie replaced Libby in midfield and set up Ella to complete her hat-trick on the stroke of half time.

But AEK Boco began the second half well and squared matters early on.

Ella netted four more times for SVR, but the visitors replied with two goals of their own to make it 7-5 with five minutes remaining.

AEK Boco cut the gap to one to set up a thrilling finale, but SVR held out thanks to good goalkeeping by Katie, as seven-goal Ella took the player of the match award.
