Gordano Valley Rangers Under-12s are looking for players for the new season.

GORDANO Valley Rangers Under-12s are looking for players for the new season to bolster their squad size.

The club have a policy that junior football should be enjoyed by all and they encourage participation in all sports.

The club is also looking for volunteers to join the club with many different exciting roles to get involved with.

All local junior football clubs are run by volunteers. However, there is a lot of preparation behind the scenes that goes into running such a club with nine to 10 age groups consisting of average of 16 players.

SWISS Valley Rangers is delighted to welcome six new faces to the Under-12 squad coached by Tim Hayden and Nigel Last.

Evan Clark, Ryan Meacham, Paul Leon, Folade Tinubu, Max Tryfonos and Lloyd Wotton, have all fitted in well and made an immediate impression, helping the team to an encouraging start with victories in all four pre-season warm up games.

The entire squad, expectant parents and long term sponsor, Lampiers Corporate Solutions, are all looking forward to a continuation of this run of form in the Woodspring Division 2 season opener at Isle of Wedmore on Sunday.
