PORTISHEAD started this game in perfect fashion, taking advantage of some sleepy defending.

They went 1-0 up inside the first minute through Danny Fowler, after finding himself unmarked from six yards out.

Westlands equalised after some neat play in midfield before Lee Rackham found the net with a 20 yard effort giving Portishead a well-deserved lead at half-time.

Portishead started the second half brightly and some solid defending from Mark Harris and great saves from the Portishead keeper kept Westlands at bay, but against the run of play Westlands forced an equaliser.

On 75 minutes, Andrew Harvey scored the goal of the game picking up the ball in his own half before beating his man and rifling a 20 yard shot into the top corner to give Portishead the lead again.

Portishead wrapped up the game on 90 minutes when Harvey expertly found Fowler for him to roll the ball in to make it 4-2.

Man of the match for Portishead was Neil Williamson.
