Nailsea & Tickenham kept their unbeaten start to the season going as they came from behind to draw 2-2 with Worle at the Recreation Ground on Saturday.

The hosts opened the scoring after 15 minutes after Jack Hodrien's long kick was misjudged by the Swags' defence and Tom Adams ran through and score.

Joe Berry equalised 15 minutes later when his shot found the top corner, as both sides went into half time on level terms.

Alan Smith's men took the lead 10 minutes into the second half through Josh Benjamin, after a good pass by Luke Osgood.

But Worle refused to give up and pushed on for an equaliser which came in the 80th minute as Adams headed in Ryan Hodrien's cross.

The Sawyers Arms man of the match award went to Joe Berry.

Nailsea & Tickenham Reserves picked up a superb 4-0 home victory over Uphill Castle at Fryth Way.

Jake Murray was a constant threat in the home attack on the right and provided the assist for the first goal of the game as captain Nic Steadman showed bravery at Murray's excellent cross and after colliding with the far post made it 1-0.

Ed Dunn made it 2-0 soon after with an unorthodox finish as both Uphill keeper and Dunn ended up on the floor after an aerial challenge.

Whilst still on the floor, Dunn hooked the ball into the net to double the advantage.

Dunn made it 3-0 in the second half after beating the keeper and a defender to Nick Walker's through ball, while Steadman grabbed his second of the game after Murray found him again.

The Sawyers Arms man of the match award went to Chris Corner.
