NAILSEA Town travelled to Keynsham looking to put behind them the memory of last week’s home defeat.

On a bumpy late season pitch, they battled hard from the start and deservedly took the lead midway through the first half with a fine effort from Justin Clarke.

In the second half, Keynsham piled on the pressure and launched wave after wave of attack in search of an equaliser, but the steely resolve of Town was sufficient to ensure that they held on and deservedly took all three points.

Next week, Town are away at high fliers Weston St Johns.
