The Clayton-Jones family enjoyed an exciting day at Jacklands Fishing Lakes in Nailsea.

A RECENT day’s fishing at Jacklands Fishing Lakes, Tickenham, proved
to be full of excitement for the
 Clayton-Jones family.

Following an enjoyable morning of fishing, their final catch proved to be the most successful. Giles hooked into what seemed a good sized trout. Harry then played the fish and successfully landed it, leaving the tricky task of
 netting it to Ollie.

They inspected their catch, a 3lb blue trout sporting a distinctive tattoo on its belly. The family had caught
the second Jacklands tattooed trout for the year and were delighted to
take home the sweepstake pot of
£250.

A third tattooed blue trout has now taken up residence in the lake at
Tickenham and is waiting to be caught.
