North Somerset Athletics Academy hold their fifth annual cross-country relay challenge.

OVER 120 children took part in the fifth North Somerset Athletics Academy cross-country relay challenge held at Churchill Sports Centre.

In the Year 7-8 girls’/boy’s race (1500m), the fastest leg for the girls was run by Ellie Wallace in 6.16 minutes. Fastest boy was David Warnes in 6.17.

In the Year 2-4 girls race (500m), Frances Wilson was quickest in 2.48. Lucas Mortimer ran the fastest leg in the boy’s Year 5-6 race (1000m) in 3.28. Hattie Emery ran 3.51 in the Year 5-6 girls (1000m) race.
