Captain Glenn Lewin (2-23) and Joe Hance (1-12) made early inroads with the ball, with Connor Hance (3-10) soon among the wickets.

James Cole took 4-18 from his six overs, with Tom Carpenter claiming a smart stumping, before Lewin wrapped the inning sup on 81 in the 33rd over.

Cole fell cheaply as Cleeve went to tea on 24-1, with Sam Williams and Lewin following after the restart.

Phil Gostlin (23) was run out, before Nikhil Bhajipale and Tom Birt sealed victory as only six points separated the teams in fifth and ninth place.

The seconds saw YMCA thirds pile up 230-6, with Dan Dixon, Stuart Williams, Andrew Martin and Alfie Parsons taking a wicket each.

Dixon top scored in reply with 43, while captain George Parsons hit a six and three fours in a quickfire 33.

Cleeve closed on a respectable 165-5 but ended bottom of Division Nine.
