Cleeve moved up to fifth in B&D Division Two with a five-wicket win over strugglers Hambrook.
Captain Glenn Lewin (1-25) and Andrew Barnsley (1-19) had success with the new ball, but James Cole and Nat Pinkney were unrewarded.
Ben Jones made a vital breakthrough thanks to a second catch from Mitch Want to make it 131-3, before Nikhil Bhajipale struck.
The pair shared the next six wickets, with Bhajipale taking 5-27 as Hambrook were all out for 157.
Lewin (18) and Barnsley (34) made starts in reply, with Jones making a top score of 42 and Want hitting two sixes and two fours in his 20.
Veterans Mark Jones and Phil Gostlin sealed victory in the 30th over ahead of a trip to Bishopston seconds.
Understrength Cleeve seconds were all out for 95 at Downend thirds, with Dan Dixon (40) their top scorer.
And the hosts eased to a 10-wicket win in just 11 overs ahead of Cleeve's home date with Dyrham & Hinton.
