Barrow Gurney had mixed results in a double header with Abbots Leigh on Saturday.
The firsts saw Bernie Forge (22) and Guy Fisher (19) get off to a solid start, before three quick wickets fell.
The returning Jon Hood then took centre stage, with support from Ed Holdaway (28) and Mark Fisher (43) to anchor the innings and score 95 as Barrow reached 286-9.
Hood produced a run out early in Abbots Leigh's reply, as Mark Fisher (2-29) struck in a fine opening spell.
Premil Fernando (2-30) got in on the act as the visitors slipped to 77-4, before James Holdsworth hit his first three balls faced to the boundary.
Frank Forge brought himself on and saw Kian Ware take a diving catch, before bowling Holdsworth next ball.
And Ware and Holdaway took further catches as Forge (5-51) sealed a 39-run win.
The seconds saw their Abbots Leigh rivals make 232-6, as captain Mike Lilley (3-24) shone, before his team were skittled for 111.
