A group of five intrepid Clevedon AC members headed to Bath for the Skyline 10k Night Race.

An undulating two-lap course followed the majority of the day route and also included a number of technical sections.

But after a short, steep climb, the runners were rewarded with stunning views of the Bath city lights.

First home for Clevedon was Simon Smith, who took second place in the 50-59 age group.

And Smith was closely followed by clubmates Nicole Morrow, who was ahead of Nicole Skippins, Chris and Donna Davies.

Anyone interested in joining Clevedon AC can come along to a training session on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, which leave from Strode Leisure Centre at 7pm.

More information can be found at the club’s website
