Clevedon AC fielded two teams at the Cotswold Way Relay, which covers 103 miles in 10 stages.

The first leg leaves early from Chipping Campden and the route includes a mixture of off-road terrain and some spectacular views.

The final leg takes runners to the finish at Bath Abbey and high temperatures made it tough for all.

Clevedon's open team finished in a time of 15 hours, nine minutes and 43 seconds to claim sixth place out of 22 teams in their category and 13th overall.

The mixed team came home in 17:56.29 to place 19th out of 54 entrants.

If you would like to join Clevedon AC, go along to a training session on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, leaving from Strode Leisure Centre at 7pm.
