Brian’s top bird

Wraxall Village Club released their birds near Plymouth in their latest race.

WRAXALL Village Club young birds were 
liberated from Yelverton, near Plymouth, at 10.20am into a north west wind.

Leading the way home, in what was a very good race, was a hen bird going to the Dundry loft of Brian Isaac, completing the 89 mile flight in one hour 37 minutes.

20 members sent 371 birds: Brian Isaac 1613 yards per minute; P & B King 1551; Mr & Mrs White 1534; Gary Summers 1530, 1523, 1507.
