A strong fielding performance and a commanding start with the bat from veteran Charlie Grubb led to Cleeve's victory at the start of the 35th over.
Despite a vigorous start from Twyford House, Cleeve's bowlers Tom Redding and Cam Elswood kept the pressure on.
Stuart Williams provided the turnaround for Cleeve securing breakthroughs alongside Alex Grubb, proving detrimental to Twyford's early momentum.
On attaining charge, stand-in skipper Will Grubb effectively contained run flow by securing 3 crucial catches at 176 - 5.
Elswood then terminated Nathan Brown's spell, leading Twyford to post a score of 187 for 6 at tea.
In the second half, Charlie Grubb exhibited a resilient batting performance dispatching the first three balls for boundaries.
Will Grubb was also instrumental in contributing a quick 24 off 22 balls to the total.
Despite minor hiccups and dismissals, Grubb's formidable top score of 64 gave Cleeve a significant edge in the game.
The match concluded at the start of the 35th over with Cleeve emerging victorious with a win by 4 wickets.
This triumph comes after the team were crowned league champions the week prior, further expanding their lead at the top by 59 points.
Cleeve 2nds now prepare for their last fixture of the season on August 31, as they host Hallen.
Remembering it's one of two teams to have defeated them this season, the team appears resolute in their ambition to end the season on a high note.
