Toolstation Western League: Buckland Athletic 3-1 Nailsea & Tickenham
Nailsea & Tickenham FC's winning form came to an end at the weekend as they lost away from home against Buckland Athletic.
The match in the Toolstation Western League finished 3-1 in favour of Buckland as they were too good for Nailsea on the day.
Prior to the match, Nailsea & Tickenham were on a two game winning run, in which they kept clean sheets in both of those matches.
So to concede three was a little out of character for them, but it was against fifth-placed and promotion chasing Buckland.
Luke Osgood scored the sole goal for the visitors in the match and continued his form in front of goal taking his tally to 14 for the season to date.
Nailsea & Tickenham now sit in ninth place in the league table and in the middle of a very close pack of teams on similar points.
Up next they take on St Blazey at home on Saturday, March 16 in a 3pm kick off.
