Following on from their outstanding win against Gordano last weekend Yatwell were looking to maintain their winning streak against a large, well drilled Midsomer Norton and both teams put on an excellent display of running rugby.

The end result was 61-26 in favour of the Yatwell side as they ran riot at times scoring plenty of points.

Tries came from Phil Clarke and Ned Hill with two each, while Fin Green, Matt Lane, Mo Sayce, Kieran Thomas and Scott Waters scored one each.

This was another strong performance form a Yatwell team really working together and building on their self-belief following a number of previous wins and the way that they started from the very first kick was what really set the tone for rest of the game.

It was fantastic to see Fin Green not only score his first try since the teams merged but really step up collecting a good high ball before taking the contact and setting the ball for the team to secure.

Winger Tyler Meekhums put in easily his best tackle of the season as he thumped the opposition backwards, hooker Alex Wyatt and second row Ivor Malone put in a huge shift and fullback Billy Taylor appeared to be everywhere in defence and attack.
