Nailsea United substitute Jack Stephens scored a late winner in their Uhlsport Somerset County League Premier victory against Wrington Redhill last Saturday

Fresh from beating Uphill Castle the weekend before, Nailsea took an early lead when the ball fell to Elliot Moore on the edge of the box, when a clearance was cut out, and left Regan Darcy little chance of getting a hand to.

Despite falling behind Redhill had a strong spell of dominance. First Joe Creese's header from Jordon Bonner’s cross was palmed away by Bradley Cohan in goal for Nailsea, Bonner's dangerous ball grazed the crossbar before Creese latched onto a through ball and was brought down by Nailsea’s Ewan Williams, who was shown a red card for denying a clear chance on goal as Nailsea went into half-time 1-o ahead.

The Redskins levelled the scores when Rhys Farmer's long ball found Jake Harris in space and he squared the ball to Creese, who was brought down in the box by goalkeeper Cohan. Creese composed himself to convert the penalty to equalise.

With minutes left on the clock a free-kick, conceded on the edge of the box and the ensuing delivery hit the back of Stephens and went over the line to clinch a 2-1 win.
