Counties 1 Tribute Western North: Nailsea & Backwell 29-14 Longlevens
Nailsea & Backwell Rugby Football Club cemented their spot at the top of the table at the weekend after a win over Longlevens.
The match in the Counties 1 Tribute Western North finished 29-14 in favour of Nailsea and Backwell.
The win means they move five points clear on the top of the table, above Longlevens.
It was an entertaining battle between the two current best sides in the competition but ultimately Nailsea had enough in their ranks to pick up the win.
Joe Collins picked up two tries in the match for the home side, with the other scores coming from Thomas Crossman, Ryan Barrow and Sam Chidzey.
Adam Grafton managed two conversions for Nailsea as well.
