Although Nailsea Cricket Club was founded around 1856, it is 75 years since the club started to play at it’s home at The Grove Sports Centre.

To mark the occasion, the club will be hosting two 100-Ball Festival Days, firstly on Sunday June 18, from 9 am and then again the following Sunday June 25, also with a 9am start.

On June 18, six invited local adult sides will play in a tournament based on the 100-Ball format, with the winners taking away the inaugural trophy.

The club’s sponsors will be enjoying a VIP day and there will be refreshments all day.

On June 25 the day will see the junior club hosting their version of the 100, with the another new trophy up for grabs and more refreshments!

The events will be coordinated by the Nailsea's Director of Cricket, Gaz Phippen, assisted by a team of club members, all of whom look forward to two great days of cricket.
