I, Andrew Holian Of, Unit 3, Sixty 8 at The Marina, Newfoundland Way, Portishead BS20 7PT I have submitted an application for the grant of a premises licence to North Somerset Council, Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Walliscote Grove Road, Weston-super- Mare, BS23 1UJ. The record of the application may also be inspected at this address between 0900 am and 1700 pm Monday - Friday, or on the Council’s website at www.n-somerset.gov.uk. Details of application: Supply of alcohol on and off premise between 10:00 and 23:00 hours Monday to Sunday. Live music and comedy entertainment from 16:00 to 22:00 hours, Tuesday to Thursday, and from 12:00 to 22:00 hours Friday to Monday. Recorded music from 10:00 to 23:00 hours, Monday to Sunday. New Year’s Eve the supply of alcohol on and off premise and the playing of recorded music between 10:00 and 02:30 hours. Also live music between 12:00 and 00:00 hours. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make written representation to the relevant Licensing Authority by 8 December 2017, such representation shall be made in writing. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fee for which a person is liable assuming conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale.
