A CHEQUE for £500 has been presented to MacMillan Cancer Support by young performers in Clevedon.
Members of Clevedon Light Opera Club’s junior section dedicated their Christmas concert to Jill Leveson, who was a valued member of the group and chairman of the juniors when she died in September last year, and decided to raise some charity cash at the same time.
The group’s next production will be Les Miserables in September.
