WELLY-WEARING fund-raisers took part in a sponsored walk along Clevedon’s seafront to raise money for a children’s charity.
Organised by The Clevedon Friends Group of Children’s Hospice South West, about 30 people of all ages donned their wellies for the event on Friday, which resulted in about �120 being raised.
Those taking part were joined by supporters at The Moon and Sixpence pub for a coffee and cake.
Group chairman De Colle said: “We would like to thank Tony and the staff at The Moon and Sixpence for their hospitality.”
