Daniela Pegram and her family and friends joined together for a eight-mile walk around the town's key sites in memory of her daughter Keanna.

The walk raised more than £4,000 for Above & Beyond Teenage Cancer Trust which cared for Keanna after she was diagnosed with a sarcoma behind her eyes in June.

The money also went to the Holly Hedge Animal Sanctuary as Keanna loved animals.

Daniela said: “It was amazing, it was huge. I can't believe how it went. It was just a wonderful atmosphere and everyone really enjoyed it.

“They all came back to my house and it was just fantastic.

“My sincerest gratitude to everyone for the support and amazing kindness for my wonderful Keanna.

“Even all the local independent shops they have all been amazing so heart felt.”

Sponsorship money is still coming in from the event and to donate, visit their JustGiving page.
