NORTH Somerset residents are being encouraged to take part in a vote to enable two charities to receive large donations.
Penny Brohn Cancer Care in Pill and Children’s Hospice South West that runs Charlton Farm in Wraxall are two of five projects that have been short-listed to receive money from the community scheme set up by Robins and Day Peugeot in Bristol.
The company is giving away 10,000 and each of the five schemes are guaranteed to receive 1,000.
Now, people are being asked to vote for their favourite project online at www.robinsandday.co.uk/bristol_community before July 14 to decide how the remaining 5,000 is shared out.
