n FOUR women have been presented with long service awards for their work with the Women’s Royal Voluntary Service in Nailsea.

The club, which has been running for 32 years, meets every week and provides members with a free lunch, a chance to socialise and play games.

Members meet at the Nailsea United Reformed Church at 10am on Wednesdays and new members are always welcome.

Locality manager for Nailsea WRVS, Laura Goringe, said: “WRVS values all of our volunteers and this day club is run by a fantastic and dedicated team, some of which have been volunteering for over 30 years.”

Anyone interested in volunteering with the group can call Laura on 07736 825307.
