Healthwatch North Somerset wants to find out what people think of the services which are available in the area.
An extra £20billion a year is planned for the NHS and Healthwatch North Somerset is appealing for people to voice their views on their experiences of health and social care services by the end of April.
Vicky Marriott, of Healthwatch North Somerset, said: “We want to hear from as many people as possible to find out what matters most to patients and carers.”
The What Would You Do? survey will enable patients to provide important feedback on autism spectrum disorders, cancer and learning disabilities.
