TWO men from south Bristol have been charged with burglaries in Cleeve and Barrow Gurney.

The alleged burglars were caught on November 4 when one of the victims disturbed the perpetrators and took down their vehicle licence plate.

Police traced the vehicle 30 minutes later, apprehended the offenders and recovered some stolen goods.

Officers have praised the quick-thinking actions of the victim and are encouraging people to call 999 if they see anything suspicious.
